Process Guide

Site Visit

The first step in our process is to conduct a face to face meet up to gain an understanding of your design needs. If you are unsure how to best showcase your space, our team can work together with you to realise your goals. Once you have agreed to appoint us as your designer, we will then go through the design brief and work out the next stages.

Concept & Planning

Once the ideas are set in motion for your design, we can now begin creating mood and conceptual boards which showcase how the space will look. In this stage, we will provide you with spatial layout options, before finalising a layout plan. Preliminary finishes and materials will also be discussed, ensuring you are happy with the arrangements, before moving forward.

Documentation

In this refining stage, all our design drawings are created and finalised. All drawings will adhere to all compliance requirements, such as: National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards (AS), Food Codes and The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).

Get Certified

The next stage of our process lies in submitting the design drawing documentation to the public authority for approval. This is usually a mandatory process to ensure the “go-ahead” prior to fit-out.

Fit-out & Handover

The final step of our process lies in turning all the dreams, ideas and hard work into a reality. In this stage, we collaborate with our finest and experienced shop fitters to deck out your dream space.

Every step in our process has been tried and tested to ensure a smooth design process and handover. Through a meticulous approach we create bespoke designs where no stone has been left unturned.
